The boot camps are both general and specific in design. We have everyone from former couch potatoes and experienced triathletes in the program. Each workout can be scaled to fit your fitness level. Are you committed to making a change in your life with the support of a strong community, experienced coach, and motivating group environment? Then this program is for you.
What to expect from Relentless Boot Camp:
- Core strength and increase muscle tone
- Average of 5 lbs of weight loss
- Functional movements that will apply to any sport as well as everyday life
- Accountability in strength and cardiovascular endurance - improved 5k times, etc!
- Increase in coordination and agility
